About Shipping & returns
Here at MishoBonsai.com we value the
customer hard earned money. That's why, we offer a flat rate shipping for all of
our products. That means you only pay shipping once on the first item. Here is
an example :
Please note that effective the 15th of January 2009, orders over 70$ will have the two same options of shipping, however, both are charged at 15.00$ and this will result for your package to be sent by the fastest method.
First product is charged : 5.00$ of shipping for a regular
packet and all other additionnal packet are free of shipping. So, 3 packets
of regular size is still charged 5.00$ of
shipping.

We will ship all order via regular mail worldwide or
Expidited/Registered if choosen.
For an order shipped in Canada, normal
time of delivery is less then 10 days. But, as mail is sometimes innacurate, we
ask you to wait 20 days before contacting us about non-received items. For an
order shipped elsewhere, including United States, normal time of delivery is 15
days. But, as mail and duties is sometimes inncurates, we ask to wait 30 days
before contacting us about non-received items.

USA : 15-21 days*
Worldwide : 15-30 days*

We offer a second flat rate shipping which is registered. The advantages
of registered mail are : Insurance, Faster delivery, Tracking number (Some
restrictions, like size and weigth may apply) This service will cost 15.00$ flat
rate. Delays are :
Canada : 2-5 days
USA : 8-13 days**
Worldwide :
7-15 days**

About Returns
In case of defective or non accurate product, we
need to be notfied within 40 days that the product as been shipped by us. All
returned product must include the return authorization number. Returns for
reimbursement are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued the
same way the payment as been made, minus restocking fee.
