Bring the Pepper Seeds
This summer I decided to skip the tree seeds and opt for vegetable. Tree and bonsai are afterall horticulture and this is what I like the most. Im having fun with a garden and some hot peppers in pots grown from seeds.
It is kind of back to the roots for me. Pruning my pepper tree's when I was younger is what got me into bonsai. You can really shape a plant in a summer and since peppers are fast grower, each new cut is coming faster then with a tree. A new meaning to the clip and grow method used as bonsai technique.
Im not just grow hot pepper's, I also got two variety of bell peppers. Some white, called Dove, and some blue called Blue jay. Im anxious to see and taste them. As for the rest of the garden, I got five types of red tomatoes, some national pickling cucumber, some beans and some carrots. All grown from seeds.
The carrots are the sweet kind without an heart which makes them really easy to bite into. The are "Nantaise" carrotts.
I wish you all a great summer and all the fun you can get in this growing season.
Regards,
Patrick
