Poncirus Trifoliata - Japanese bitter orange

This beautiful tree as many quality to exhibit. First it flowers, small odorant white flowers, it produces edible fruit being small oranges not bigger then a gold ball. It also considered a citrus fruit while being cold hardy.

The branches will grow contorted and will produce small thorns making it a very starge, yet beautiful, bonsai specimen.
