 Tree seed quest : We done it again  Well, we done it again. Like we found some short needles japanese back pine, we done it again. We have renewed our stock of the short needles and we are introducing a new and very unique species of Japanese black pine seeds. As you know, tree seeds dont always reproduce special characteristics of certain cultivar. But the new species we got, which is Pinus thunbergiana "Mikawa", is one of the three species to reproduce by seeds it's unique characteristics. The Mikawa japanese black pine is unique as it offers a deeply fissured dark bark after a few years of growth. I allready have some in stratification for next spring. We also renewed our Japanese red pine - Pinus Densiflora. Last year it was pretty popular and we ran out of stock. These seeds are as fresh as they can be. By having Japanese red pine back, we also have our trio of japanese pine available (Red-Black-White pine). We also have some new species, mainly in the tropical section.
