Larix Laricina - American Larch

The most cold hardy of Larches. It is also a favorite to grow with seeds because of it's fast growing pace and easily thickening trunk. Larch are unique in the evergreen because it's the only conifer to loose it's needle for winter. Nice blueish-Green foligae that turn yellow in autumn. It is also known as Tamarack.

Hardy to USDA zone 2 to 8.

A small packet contains 30 seeds.
