The most cold hardy of Larches. It is also known as Tamarack .It is also a favorite to grow with seeds because of it's fast growing pace and easily thickening trunk. Larch are unique in the evergreen because it's the only conifer to loose it's needle for winter. Nice blueish-Green foligae that turn yellow in autumn.

Hardy to USDA zone 2 to 8.
