Acer Palmatum 'Bloodgood' - Bloodgood Japanese maple

Acer Palmatum 'Bloodgood' is the other common red japanese maple.

A small packets contain 30 seeds.

Hardy to USDA zone 5 to 8.

Much like the generic red japanese maple, the bloodgood maple is common in many garden center. The color of the leaves is a bit more purple, see deep red, then the atropurpureum type. Growth habit is similar. It is a medium rate grower. Leaves shapes are regular japanese maple leaves.
